All India, 11th January, 2019: The world-renowned, iconic Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo has undergone a renovation, giving rise to a modern age Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo. A new monumental porch, the Rotunda Wing, now decorates the hotel’s entrance. The interior of this gem of the Principality of Monaco presents the new Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo experience with the most refined touches that will make way into your heart.
Thanks to more contemporary and green spaces, the hotel offers its guests the opportunity to take a deep breath in the heart of the city. The new Lobby has a direct access to the new open-air inner courtyard, called Le Patio.
With the renovation of its indoor spaces and bedrooms, the creation of two exceptional Suites and the renovation in Rotunda Wing; the 3-Michelin-starred Chef Alain Ducasse launched his second restaurant in the Principality, ÔMER. Set on the garden level of the new Rotunda wing of the Hotel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the restaurant is reminiscent of a boat. Made up of three alcoves and a stunning ‘Wine Circle’, it overlooks the hotel’s lush gardens, designed by Jean Mus, which themselves offer views of the Mediterranean.
Alain Ducasse and his chef Patrick Laine present a menu that offers a rich diversity of Mediterranean influences. The dishes here, reflect this tremendous culinary heritage and encourage sharing. It combines freedom of choice and mixing the essential tastes of Greece, Lebanon, Turkey, Morocco, and Tunisia, sometimes lingering on the Hispanic, Nice or Maltese shores.
