All India, 21st February 2014 : Mr. Bejan Dinshaw, Country Manager – India, Abu Dhabi Tourism & Culture Authority was recently awarded as the industry’s maiden Most Influential Person (MIP) presented by Outbound Travel Mart (OTM) in collaboration with NDTV Profit and Travel News Digest.

Nominations for MIP were invited from the industry and an initial list was prepared on the basis of desk research and individual recall of long standing players in the industry. As a result, a list of little over 300 nominees emerged. The nominees were polled by thousands of thought leaders industry wide. More than 700 responses were received in time and considered.

100 Most Influential Persons in the travel trade was selected and were presented a trophy and a certificate.

Receiving this prestigious award, Mr. Dinshaw said, “OTM being one of the largest travel trade shows in the country has been connecting the global travel fraternity for over two decades now. I am humbled to be honoured with this prestigious award from an organization of such repute and stature”.
